JLash Tees & Stuff has a 30 day return policy. This means that if the print peels or cracks in any way within 30 days, I will refund or replace immediately.

To start a return, you can contact me at jennifermcagle@gmail.com or call or text me at 469-712-9521.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Purchased DTF Prints are non-returnable. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and contact us immediately at jennifermcagle@gmail.com or call or text 469-712-9521. Exchanges must be notified within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will advise you if we have that item in stock for an exchange, or if we will issue a store credit. Once the return is accepted, you will be contacted via the email that you placed your order with.

Refunds
Being a small business owner, we do not offer refunds on any item. We do offer exchanges, or store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit/exchange was approved or not.
